1. Tell us where you are going
Add the destination, dates, who is coming, how you are getting there, and the activities you already know about.
You can type the details or say them out loud. Voice setup fills an editable draft, so you can correct every detail before continuing.
2. Keep the suggestions that fit
Everyone’s Packed combines everyday essentials with the trip and travelers you selected. A beach trip with a baby and a dog begins with beach, baby, and dog needs together.
Remove anything that does not fit, add your family’s specifics, or choose a blank list instead.
3. Add the work outside the suitcase
Use Pack for things going into a bag, Buy for things the family still needs, and Do for laundry, charging, downloads, documents, and other preparation.
Mark who needs an item and who is taking care of it only when that makes the handoff clearer.
4. Invite the people who are helping
Share a private link or QR code. Your partner or family sees which household they are joining and opens the current trip on their own device.
Each person can add what they remember, take responsibility, and check off completed work without waiting for another message.
5. Keep a better list for next time
After the trip, save what worked as a reusable template. Add what you forgot, remove what nobody used, and begin the next similar trip with your family’s own list.

Do I have to configure my household before the first trip?
No. Create the trip first and add people while you are building it. Reusable templates and extra household details can wait.
Does voice setup send audio to the cloud?
The app first uses speech recognition on your device where it is available. Android and web may offer a clearly labeled cloud option, and you choose before audio is sent.
Can I change the suggested list?
Yes. Edit or remove any suggestion before creating the trip, add your own items, or start with a blank list.
