Three people can share the work
One person can pack the children’s clothes, another can buy the beach supplies, and an older child can gather chargers and headphones. Each person sees the same remaining work.
The app is not designed around a two-person limit. A couple, larger family, grandparent, caregiver, or other trusted helper can all take part.
Include every traveler, whether or not they have a device
Add adults, children, babies, grandparents, caregivers, and pets to the trip. A toddler can need a swimsuit without owning a phone, while a parent takes responsibility for packing it.
The same adult can use a phone, tablet, and browser without appearing three times in the family.
Make responsibility clear where it matters
Leave simple items in the shared pool, or give a task an owner when the family would otherwise assume someone else has it.
Who needs it?
The traveler who will use the item, such as a child who needs a swimsuit.
Who is handling it?
The person responsible for packing, buying, or preparing the item.
See the latest trip without another check-in
When one person adds, edits, assigns, or checks an item, everyone sees the updated trip. Progress becomes something the family can look at instead of something one person has to report.
Keep the invitation private, or share a simple copy
A private link or QR code lets a trusted family member join without creating an account. The household owner can review and remove connected devices.
Someone who does not want the app can still receive formatted text, a PDF, or a printed checklist.

Can a child be on the trip without having the app?
Yes. A child, baby, pet, or any other traveler can have items in the trip without owning a device.
Can someone join without creating an account?
Yes. A trusted person can join through a private invitation without providing an email address, phone number, or password.
